Payment Policy

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. A bond may be taken at time of check-in. Payment will be taken on day of check-in. Please check our cancellation policy.
Master and Visa card payments will incur a 2% surcharge, this does not apply to debit or prepaid cards. This charge will show up on your receipt/invoice as a credit card fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that this property requires 14 days notification if you wish to cancel your booking. Failure to do so will result in one nights accommodation charged to your credit card.

Patios/balconies are provided with ash trays.
No pets allowed.
Check-out time: 10.00am. If you are checking out earlier, please settle your account the night before. Please return your key to reception. There is a $30.00 NZD fee to replace lost/misplaced keys.
